Refund policy

At The Brass Rabbit Co., we carefully curate vintage and antique pieces that are valued for their age, character, and unique history. Because these items are one-of-a-kind and often show signs of age and use, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, buyer's remorse, or normal signs of age, wear, patina, or craftsmanship that are inherent to vintage and antique items. We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes before making a purchase.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund for a damaged item, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.

  • Provide your order information.

  • Submit a minimum of 10 clear photographs, including:

    • The exterior of the shipping box from all sides.

    • Any shipping labels.

    • All packing materials as they were found upon opening.

    • The damaged item(s), clearly showing the damage.

    • Any additional photos requested to assist with the claim.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the refund request being denied, as this information is necessary to file a shipping claim.

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the damage claim has been reviewed. Refunds are limited to items that have been damaged during transit and do not apply to normal vintage wear, undisclosed expectations, or damage occurring after delivery.
